Kāpiti plant-based Fudge Brownie Slab

A delightful dark and decadent brownie topped with a layer of biscuit spread and Kāpiti’s indulgent plant-based Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

METHOD
Ready in 35 minutes
  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl
  3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until just combined
  4. Pour the batter into a brownie pan and bake at 180°C for 30 min
  5. Leave to cool in the pan
  6. Once ready, slather a generous amount of biscuit spread on top of the brownie
  7. Put the brownie into the freezer to harden
  8. Once hardened, add a thick layer of Kāpiti plant-based Chocolate Fudge Brownie on top of the biscuit spread
  9. Leave in the freezer until firm
  10. Once ready, slice the dessert into slabs and drizzle with chocolate sauce
  11. Serve and enjoy immediately

  • <span class="quantity">20g</span> dutch cocoa powder
  • <span class="quantity">80g</span> canola oil
  • <span class="quantity">200g</span> melted vegan dark chocolate
  • <span class="quantity">240ml</span> almond milk or any dairy-free milk
  • <span class="quantity">1 tsp</span> vanilla extract
  • <span class="quantity">100g</span> cookie butter
  • <span class="quantity">1L tub</span> Kāpiti plant-based Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream
