Baked Alaska - a macadamia vanilla cake base topped with apple honey puree and a scoop of Kāpiti passionfruit and Kāmahi honey ice cream, finished with torched Italian meringue. This recipe will make enough meringue for 6-8 Baked Alaska’s depending on their size, with extra cake and apple puree left over.
